Trusted by Commercial Property Owners for Over 50 Years

Harding and Carbone helps commercial property owners challenge unfair or inflated property tax valuations across a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and land. With decades of experience, the firm combines market expertise and detailed analysis to build strong cases that reduce tax burdens. Clients receive a dedicated account manager who provides proactive communication and guidance throughout the appeal process. In addition to appeals, the team offers ongoing support such as tax projections, accruals, split-outs, and agricultural rollback assistance. They address common valuation issues like overstated income comparisons, ignored vacancies or expenses, and outdated market data. By handling every step—from evidence gathering to board representation—they make it easy for owners to pursue fair taxation and focus on their business.
