APPEALS

• Assist in establishing and supporting client's opinion of value based on information provided
• Protest all properties where an appeal position is identified by Harding and Carbone and/or where client has specific issues
• Conduct aggressive, personal negotiations with tax appraisers, contract engineers and/or assessment/appraisal review boards
• Conduct on-site inspections as necessary
• Prepare and file all necessary exemptions with the proper assessing authorities
• Review of land development on an as needed basis (tax certificates, roll back issues, tax planning/forecasting for future development, etc.)
